Amazon Jungle retreat
15th - 22nd September 2026
Moyobamba, Peruvian Amazon
There are moments in life when the noise becomes too loud. The expectations. The productivity. The constant performing. And beneath it all… a quieter voice begins to whisper: There is more.
Rooted in the Amazon is not a vacation. It is a return. For seven days, deep in the lush Amazon jungle of northern Peru, you are invited to step out of modern rhythm and reconnect with something far more ancient — your own nature.
Here, the jungle is not just a backdrop. It is a teacher.
Through a carefully curated journey of practices, rituals, and experiences, you will gently peel away what no longer belongs to you. Each day unfolds as a journey through the elements, guiding you through layers of your physical, emotional, and energetic body.
Through yoga and movement practices, you reconnect with sensation and presence. Through meditation, you begin to observe rather than react. Through breathwork, you access deeper states of awareness—where emotion, memory, and stored tension can finally move. The Neo Emotional Release sessions gently open a space where suppressed emotions can surface safely, without force. Not as something to fix, but as something to feel, witness, and allow. What has been held in the body begins to soften, dissolve, and transform.
This is intimate. This is intentional. This is deeply transformative. A small circle of souls gathering to reconnect, feel, and come home.

Neo Emotional Release is a gentle yet powerful somatic healing practice designed to help release suppressed emotions, heal stored trauma, and restore physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Blending psychosomatic bodywork, breathwork, visualization, and guided verbal support, this method helps access emotions held deeply in the body, often beneath layers of tension, stress, or chronic holding patterns. In a safe and supportive space, Neo Emotional Release invites you to soften what has been suppressed, process emotions at your own pace, and reconnect with your inner truth. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern trauma-informed understanding, this practice offers a pathway toward emotional freedom, clarity, and a deeper sense of self. Together we will explore various themes like surrender and anger.
We will explore the language of the stars through four grounding and inspiring sessions introducing the basics of astrology. Together, we’ll dive into the meaning of the planets, houses, and signs, and how they shape your inner world and life path. These sessions offer a practical and intuitive foundation for self-understanding, reflection, and deeper connection to your unique nature. During the retreat, there will also be the opportunity to receive a short 1:1 reading for more personal insight and guidance.

We will experience the transformative power of the keur methodology, a deeply immersive practice that weaves together breathwork, movement, and sound. Guided by music and grounded in science-based techniques, each session is designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing while inviting inner exploration and deeper self-connection.
At the heart of this practice is the 3-Part Breath, a rhythmic and powerful breathing technique that gently builds toward emotional release, clarity, and profound insight. More accessible and gentle than some traditional breathwork styles, this method creates space for transformation in a safe and supported way. Through intentional breathing, participants are invited to regulate stress, release what is stored within, and open to the wisdom, courage, and healing that already live inside them.
We’ll honor the elements as guides for transformation:
-Fire to release and let go of what no longer serves,
-Water to cleanse and renew,
-Air to open space for inspiration and freedom,
-Earth to root and embody the new version of yourself.
Through guided lectures, workshops, and mindful exercises held in nature, you’ll be invited to explore your inner landscape, reflect, and realign with what truly matters. These moments of connection and intention become gentle anchors — bringing clarity, strength, and balance both within and beyond the retreat.

In a carefully held, intentional space, you are invited to sit with ceremonial cacao—a plant medicine known for its heart-opening properties. Unlike substances that take you away from yourself, cacao brings you deeper in. It softens the protective layers around the heart, allowing clarity, emotion, and connection to emerge. Guided through music, silence, and gentle facilitation, this ceremony becomes a space to reconnect with your truth, your desires, and your inner voice—often with a sense of warmth, openness, and deep emotional presence.
Step into the invigorating practice of cold-water immersion and discover the power of presence through the breath. Guided with care and intention, the ice bath invites you to meet discomfort with awareness, calm your nervous system, and build resilience from within. A deeply awakening experience that can leave you feeling clear, energized, and more connected to your strength, your body, and the present moment. You realize your capacity to remain present in intensity, to regulate your response, and to access a deeper inner steadiness. The effect often extends far beyond the wate into how you meet stress, challenge, and the unknown in your day to day life.

The jungle itself becomes part of your transformation. We believe in venturing into nature to experience and apply the concepts we explore, rather than remaining confined to a classroom or yoga shala throughout the retreat.
You will walk through an eco-reserve rich in biodiversity, witnessing the intelligence and harmony of nature. The Tingana eco-reserve tour includes a silent meditative canoe ride through Amazon wetlands.
You will swim beneath waterfalls, allowing the force of water to cleanse, awaken, and energize the body. It offers a chance to unwind while practicing contemplation and equanimity amid the natural surroundings.
You will visit a local women’s community, connecting with ancestral knowledge, simplicity, and a different way of relating to life and to each other.
